DESCRIPTION:DO BINISSALEM AT THE CLOISTER OF SANT FRANCESC IN PALMA.\nWINE\, GASTRONOMY AND LIVE MUSIC. \nThe music and magic of the Cloister will accompany wine and gastronomy at the “Wine Days Festival”. \n11 WINERIES FROM DO BINISSALEM / ECO TAPAS MADE WITH IGP/DOP PRODUCTS and LIVE MUSIC. \nWINES: 11 wineries from DO Binissalem will present their wines: Bodegas José L. Ferrer\, Jaume de Puntiró\, Vins Nadal\, Ca Sa Padrina\, Can Ramis\, Vinya Taujana\, Celler Sebastià Pastor\, Finca Biniagual\, Bodega Santa Catarina\, Can Verdura and Can Fumat. \nGASTRONOMY: The gastronomy will be provided by APAEMA’s ECOTECA\, preparing 4 tapas with high-quality organic products (DOP/IGP) from the Balearic Islands: IGP Sobrassada de Mallorca\, DO Oli de Mallorca\, DO Oliva de Mallorca\, DO Formatge Mahón-Menorca and IGP Ametlla de Mallorca. Vegan or vegetarian options will be available. \nLIVE MUSIC \nThe musical part will be performed by the group EIMA. A musical project made up of Guillem Duran (multi-instrumentalist: guitar\, percussion and keyboards)\, Sandra Capó (vocals and percussion) and Carla García (vocals\, guitar and percussion)\, featuring original compositions that blend roots\, tradition and new sounds. Songs performed in two-part vocals with a predominance of string and percussion instruments\, across different rhythms and soundscapes\, with touches of folk\, pop and traditional music.
