New Technology For EMT Buses In Palma To Cost €1.4 million

The planned conversion of ticket technology on EMT buses in Palma to make it compatible with the train and metro system will cost around €1.4 million.    The first phase will begin between May and June to allow EMT users to use their Citizen Cards on the metro.   The second stage will integrate the TIB and EMT tickets.   The Minister of Land, Energy and Mobility, Marc Pons, says he hopes to fully integrate all of the Balearic islands eventually.
