4,500 Residents In Menorca Left Without Power After Electricity Blackout

4,500 residents of Menorca were left without electricity for several hours yesterday after a fault caused a blackout.    The worst hit areas were in Mao and Sant Lluis where residents were had no power for almost the entire afternoon.
