47 People Diagnosed With Hepatitis-A In Palma
Forty-seven people have been diagnosed with hepatitis-A since an outbreak of the disease at a restaurant in Palma in November. Hepatitis-A is a viral disease which is spread through contaminated food or water or close contact with someone who´s infected. Thirty-three of those diagnosed are known to have eaten at the restaurant, five are workers and the other nine caught it from someone with the disease.
