PATRONA 2026 w/ John Newman, Rudimental DJ a. m. – Parc de la Mar Palma

September 5 @ 19:00 CEST
Free

On Sat. 5th of September, Parc de la Mar will once again transform into one enormous open-air dance floor beneath Palma Cathedral for one of the biggest free music events of the Mallorcan summer.

And if last year is anything to go by, this one will be BIG. The first edition of Patrona brought more than 32,000 people to Parc de la Mar and the waterfront for a night of music, dancing and large-scale production.

The music program will begin at 7:00 PM and continue until 2:00 AM, extending the hours compared to last year and offering a lineup that combines major international artists with a strong representation of local musical talent.

This year’s lineup will be headlined by two big names on the international scene: John Newman, the British singer and DJ known for hits like “Love Me Again” and “Feel the Love,” and Rudimental DJ, one of the most acclaimed British electronic music bands.

John Newman has performed at major festivals such as Glastonbury, Coachella, Tomorrowland, Reading & Leeds, and Electric Love, and has received awards such as the BMI London Awards and a UK Music Video Award. His music blends pop, soul, and R&B.

On the other hand, the British duo Piers Agget and DJ Locksmith (Leon Rolle) formed in London in 2010. They have performed at festivals such as Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, Sónar, and Arenal Sound, and have received accolades including a Brit Award, a MOBO Award, and an Urban Music Award. Their sound fuses drum and bass, soul, house, garage, and pop.

The lineup will also feature Freenipples, Lady Gosya, Álex Losa, and Isaac Indart, four artists closely linked to the electronic and music scene of the Balearic Islands.

Isaac Indart, one of the veteran DJs and producers of the Mallorcan electronic scene, has almost 30 years of experience; while Álex Losa, a DJ and sound engineer from Palma and founder of Mørk, was recognized in 2025 as Best Techno DJ at the MEM Awards. Mara Escrich, known artistically as Freenipples, stands out for her unique blend of indie-pop, garage rock, and electronic music, which has led her to perform at venues and festivals such as Sonorama Ribera and Benidorm Fest, among others.

Completing the lineup is Lady Gosya, a Ukrainian-born pianist and DJ based in Mallorca, who is also part of this year’s program.

7 hours of music, sea, cathedral, Passeig Marítim and seven hours of music – completely free!!!
