Saxophonist Izan Blasco presents a performance centered on the soprano saxophone as a solo instrument, designed as a journey through different ways of listening to contemporary music. The program explores contrasts in energy, texture, and proximity, highlighting the relationship between performer and audience.

The performance features works by composers such as Bruno Mantovani, Alberto Posadas, and Karlheinz Stockhausen, ranging from the rhythmic and virtuosic to the fragile and contemplative, in a format specifically tailored for intimate listening.

This concert is part of the *Microconciertos* (Micro-concerts) series—short, small-scale performances by groups selected through the open call for musical performances at CaixaForum 2026.
